Messy Church

Messy Church happens on the third Sunday of each month, either in the main worship area or the large hall at Trinity starting at 10.00am.

Across the country more and more children are now joining Messy Church.

A nationwide initiative that explores the Bible in an all age context through:

  • a variety of craft activities

  • celebration

  • eating suitably themed snacks all together

Messy Church is open to everyone - mums, dads, grandparents, friends ...

Don't forget to check our facebook group.

The aims of Messy Church are:

  • to provide an opportunity for all people to worship together

  • to help them feel they belong in church and to each other

  • to help people have fun and be creative together

  • to introduce Jesus through hospitality, friendship, stories and worship

Messy Church is about creativity.  It is a family friendly, creative worship and a visual exploration of the Christian faith. Each month there are a variety of craft tables, all of which are linked to the message for that session. The message from all this creativity is then explored through songs, prayers and drama during the worship.
